How many people die from mental health each year?

A friend of mine has been going through a very tough time with their mental health. It made me realize how serious these issues can be. How many people die from mental health complications each year?

Sometimes I feel like my brain dies a little bit everyday from all the stress, haha. But seriously, mental health is no joke. It's a silent killer for many. We need to normalize talking about it, like we talk about a common cold.

Mental health definitely affects physical health, I know from experience with my BP. Stress can really mess you up. Regular checkups, managing stress, and talking to someone if you're feeling low are super important. Don't ignore it.

Mental health is often overlooked but has serious consequences. Some health apps actually have mood trackers and mindfulness exercises which can be a good start for self-awareness. But for serious issues, always consult a professional. Data shows early intervention helps a lot.

It's a heartbreaking reality. We should all try to be more understanding and supportive of those around us. A little kindness can go a long way.

My doctor once explained that mental health conditions, if untreated, can lead to increased risk of suicide and other health complications. It's not always a direct death from 'mental health' but the cascade of issues it can trigger. Early diagnosis and consistent treatment are vital.

Child, the mind is a delicate thing. Too much tension is not good. We should try to pray, do yoga, listen to bhajans, keep a calm mind. If the heart is not well, the body cannot be well. Talk to elders, don't keep things in your heart.
