How many people die from mental health?

This is such a sad question to think about. It makes me wonder about the support systems we have. Is there a way to help people struggling more easily? It feels like we need more conversations around this.

Hey, it's a heavy topic, but don't stress too much by just thinking about numbers. What's important is we create a supportive environment and encourage people to get help. Reach out to your friends, talk it out! Everyone faces some challenges.

It's not just about direct deaths, but also how mental health issues can impact physical health and lead to other complications. It's so crucial to seek professional help from a doctor or therapist if you or someone you know is struggling. Please don't ignore it.
