How many people around the world have latent tb?

My cousin recently got diagnosed with latent TB, and I'm really worried. She doesn't have symptoms, but the doctor said it's still serious. Just wondering how common this is globally.

This is a good question. Knowing stats can definitely help us understand the bigger picture about health issues.

Honestly, I think these kinds of numbers are always much higher than we imagine. Even for latent conditions, staying fit and active, like regular walks, can boost immunity and help keep things in check, if your doctor says it's okay of course.

It's interesting to see these figures. For general health, I always focus on a good protein diet and consistent exercise. It helps the body fight off so much, even if you have something like latent TB, it just makes you stronger.

These global health statistics are always eye-opening. For something like latent TB or even my BP, regular check-ups are key. Don't wait for symptoms; preventive care is always better.

My son actually had latent TB detected during a routine check-up for school. It was a bit scary initially, but the doctors explained it's quite common. The main thing is to follow the doctor's advice and complete the full course of medication if prescribed, to prevent it from becoming active.
