How many pears can a diabetic eat?

My father has diabetes and loves eating fruits, especially pears. We usually try to limit sugary fruits for him. Is it okay for a diabetic to eat pears, and if so, how many can he have without it affecting his sugar levels too much?

Haan na, pears are so juicy! My dietician told me that one medium-sized pear a day is generally fine for diabetics. It has good fiber, jo sugar absorption slow karta hai. Just make sure it's not overly ripe, and don't drink the juice. Fruit whole khao, that's the key!

Pears are a good choice because they're not super expensive and have a low glycemic index. For diabetics, one medium pear is usually a safe bet. It's better to choose fruits with fiber to help manage blood sugar, which saves you from potential health complications and costly doctor visits later. Planning your diet carefully is a smart financial move too.

Namaste. Pears are a gift from nature, full of subtle sweetness and fiber. For those with madhumeh, one medium pear a day can be consumed. It helps in balancing the doshas. Remember to eat it slowly, mindfully, allowing your body to assimilate its goodness. Observe your own body's response.

My family often says fruits are always good, but for diabetes, my doctor gave me specific guidelines. For pears, he advised one medium-sized fruit per day. It's important to eat it with the skin for the fiber and not to choose very ripe ones as they have more sugar. Trust your doctor's advice over general sayings.

Ugh, pears! If only I could eat a whole basket without my blood sugar freaking out, I'd be so happy! 😂 But for diabetics, my doc said one medium pear a day is the limit. It's frustrating having to count everything, especially when all I want is more sleep and less food rules.
