How many low dose aspirin for heart attack?

My doctor prescribed low-dose aspirin for me because of some heart concerns. I remember him saying something about taking it during a heart attack, but I'm a bit hazy on the details now. In an emergency, how many low dose aspirin are usually recommended for a heart attack?

Bro, for a suspected heart attack, they usually say to chew one 325mg regular aspirin, or if you only have low-dose, chew like 2-4 of those (75mg each) to get to a similar dose, BUT this is ONLY as a first aid step while calling an ambulance. It's not a treatment, just a temporary measure. Always call emergency services ASAP!

For a *suspected* heart attack, if emergency services are on the way, they often advise chewing a full-strength aspirin (around 300-325mg) to quickly thin the blood. If you only have low-dose (75-81mg), you'd need to chew a few of them, but this is a critical emergency step, not a routine medicine. Call 102/108 first!

This is a serious medical emergency. Aspirin use for a heart attack is part of emergency protocol, not something to self-decide. My endocrinologist always stresses the importance of following doctor's instructions for any medication, especially for heart or thyroid issues. Call an ambulance immediately.

When I had my scare, the first thing they told me in the ambulance was to chew an aspirin. They gave me a regular strength one. But seriously, if you suspect a heart attack, don't think about dose, just call the ambulance and follow *their* instructions immediately. Time is everything.
