How many eggs per day for fatty liver?

I recently found out I have fatty liver, and I'm trying to improve my diet. I love eggs but heard conflicting things about them for liver health. How many eggs per day are generally okay for someone with fatty liver?

I know how scary it is when you get a fatty liver diagnosis and suddenly worry about every single food. Usually, eating 1 egg a day is considered safe, but keeping your doctor in the loop will help ease your mind.

I was reading about fatty liver diet plans and saw that moderate egg intake like 1 a day doesn't harm, but fried foods definitely do. It's really about how you cook them.

For fatty liver, you can have 1 egg daily, but try to boil it instead of using oil or butter. Also, drinking warm water with lemon in the morning helps, but do get regular checkups done.

If you have fatty liver, limiting whole eggs to 2 or 3 a week is generally recommended due to the cholesterol in yolks. Focus more on fiber-rich plants and vegetables to help heal your liver naturally.

Agree with keeping it moderate. Stick to one boiled egg daily and avoid adding extra fats during cooking.
