How many drinks per hour can the liver process?

I'm trying to be more mindful about my alcohol intake and stay healthy. I've heard that the liver has a limited capacity. On average, how many standard alcoholic drinks per hour can the liver process efficiently?

Haan, lagbhag ek standard drink hi process kar pata hai liver ek ghante mein. Isse zyada pioge toh hangover hona hi hai, na? Isliye aaram se peena chahiye.

Hey, it is just one standard drink per hour. I always try to remind my friends about this during weekend dinners so everyone stays safe and hydrated.

No amount of black coffee or lime juice changes the liver's processing speed, which is about one drink per hour. Don't trust internet hacks, consult a doctor if you suspect any liver issues.

From what I've researched, it is roughly one drink per hour, which is about 30ml of spirits or a pint of beer. It's crazy how we can't do anything to speed up this natural process.

Don't stress too much, but the science says it's just one drink per hour. If you are planning a night out, just space your drinks and keep sipping water in between!

The liver processes about one drink per hour! So slow and steady is definitely the best way to enjoy your evenings. 🍹
