There are about five or six main types of psoriasis, like plaque, guttate, inverse, and pustular. Since the treatment varies significantly for each type, a certified dermatologist is the best person to diagnose and guide you.

There are multiple forms, including plaque and scalp psoriasis. Keep your mind calm and stay positive, as high stress often triggers skin flares. Take care of your health and let a good doctor help you heal.

Having dealt with plaque psoriasis for 8 years, I can tell you there are about 5 major types. Plaque is the most common one, but you can also get it on joints or nails. My tip is to keep your skin deeply moisturized and strictly follow your derm's prescription.
