How many days can u go without sleep?

I'm in college and sometimes end up pulling all-nighters, but I always crash after one. I was wondering how many days can you go without sleep before it becomes really dangerous for your health?

Honestly, beyond 2 or 3 days it becomes extremely dangerous for your body. Please don't try to pull such long stretches without rest.

My grandmother always used to say that a glass of warm milk with a pinch of nutmeg helps with sleeplessness. However, if this is a serious medical issue keeping you awake for days, a proper consultation with a general physician is the best way forward.

In our younger days we used to think working all night was a badge of honor. Trust me, it ruins your health in the long run. Now I make sure to get my 7 hours no matter what; your body needs that repair time.

Yaar, actually after 2 days only you will feel like a zombie. Sleep deprivation is no joke, your brain literally starts micro-sleeping even when your eyes are open.

You can try having a cup of warm chamomile tea or soaking your feet in warm water before bed to sleep better. But if you are unable to sleep at all for more than 3 days, please consult a medical specialist immediately.

I know how stressful life can get, but trying to go even 2 days without sleep is really bad for your skin, hair, and mental health. Try to set a strict bedtime and keep your phone in another room tonight.

I was just reading about this online yesterday! The record is some 11 days but for normal people, hallucination and severe mood swings start within 3 days. It's fascinating but honestly scary how fast the mind breaks down without rest.
