How many days before period does back pain start?

Every month, just before my period, I get this dull back ache that makes it hard to focus. I'm trying to track it better, so I was wondering how many days before my period typically arrives does this back pain usually start.

For me, the lower back ache starts around 3 to 4 days before my period starts, and it makes me quite uncomfortable. Is this normal, or should I be doing some warm exercises to make it better?

It usually starts around 2 to 5 days before your period due to hormonal changes. Don't worry, it's very common PMS. Just use a hot water bag and take rest, but if the pain becomes unbearable, let's get it checked by a doctor, okay?

My back starts acting like it belongs to a 90-year-old about 4 days before my period! It's just your body's dramatic way of saying 'periods are coming'. Totally normal, just grab a heating pad and some chocolate.

I used to cry from the severe backache that started a week before my period, feeling like something was seriously wrong with me. Please know you are not alone; 3 to 5 days is very standard, but do be gentle with yourself and rest.

Honestly, mine starts a solid 3 days before. It sucks because I can't even sit in lectures properly. A warm hot water bottle and skipping morning gym sessions usually helps me survive those days.

Haan, meri wife ko bhi lagbhag 3-4 din pehle se hi peeth me dard shuru ho jata hai. Yeh toh har mahine ka PMS ka niyam hai, hai na? Thoda garam paani ki sikai se aaram milta hai.
