Ideally, having zero active cavities is what we should aim for, but having two to three filled teeth is very common for most adults. Managing my high blood pressure has taught me that lifestyle habits affect every part of the body, including oral health. Getting a regular checkup helps catch these things before they require major dental work.

Haan, zero ho toh best hai, but do-teen cavities hona toh bilkul normal hai aajkal ke khan-pan ke saath. Almost everyone I know has got a couple of fillings done, na. Just go to a dentist and get them filled before they start hurting.

Look, ideally you should have zero cavities, but if you have two or three, it is no big deal. Don't overthink it or feel guilty, just visit a dentist and get them filled. Sitting and worrying won't fix your teeth, getting them treated will.

I just completed my treatment for two cavities last week, and my dentist told me that having a couple of minor cavities is completely normal and easy to fix. The filling process was very quick and pain-free. Don't worry at all, just get a professional to look at them.

While zero is the ideal standard, having a few cavities over your lifetime is quite normal. I try to balance my fitness routine with a diet low in refined sugars, which naturally helps keep my teeth in good shape. Just focus on clean eating and consistent daily hygiene.

Having a couple of cavities is normal, but if you have a tendency for frequent decay, you must watch your sugar intake closely. Since managing my diabetes, I've realized how much sugar impacts dental health. Try cutting down on sweet tea and sticky snacks to protect your teeth.

With my love for late-night desserts and sweet lassi, having zero cavities is nearly impossible! Having two or three fillings is completely normal for a foodie like me. I just make sure to rinse my mouth thoroughly after eating my favorite sweets to keep the dentist happy.

I was told I have three cavities during my first dental checkup today, and I'm a bit nervous. Is three cavities considered normal for someone in their early twenties? I've never had a filling before and would love to know what to expect.
