How many cavities is average?

My friend said she has never had a cavity, and I'm here with three. Is there an average number of cavities people generally get?

Honestly, most of my friends have at least two or three cavities filled. Between late-night study snacks and iced coffees, it is super common. Don't worry too much, you are definitely in the average zone if you have a couple!

Aisa lagta hai ki har teesre bande ko aajkal do-teen daant me keeda laga hi hota hai. It is very normal to have two or three cavities because of our modern food habits. Bas dhyan rakho, roz raat ko sone se pehle acche se kulla karo aur doctor ko dikha lo.

My teenager recently had three cavities filled, and our family dentist reassured us that three to four is the absolute average for his age group. We started emphasizing brushing twice a day and rinsing after meals to keep it from getting worse. Just address them early so they don't cause pain later.

The average adult usually has around three to four decayed or filled teeth over their lifetime. Just like managing my blood pressure, keeping your mouth healthy requires regular checkups and a good daily routine. Make sure you get a dental cleaning done every six months to stay ahead of any issues.

I used to feel so much shame and guilt thinking I was the only one with four cavities, but then I found out that having three to four is actually the national average. It really validated my feelings and helped me realize I wasn't failing at hygiene. Please don't be hard on yourself, it is extremely common.
