Carb limits for Type 2 depend heavily on your medication and how well your kidneys are functioning, so please don't follow generic advice. Go get your blood tested and let your doctor determine the safe range for you. Safety should always come first.

Hey, don't stress too much about tracking every single carb gram, it will only make you feel anxious. Just focus on swapping white rice for brown rice or daliya and keeping your portions moderate. Check with your doctor once, we've got this!

I have been managing Type 2 for 9 years now. My daily target is 130g of carbs, and my biggest tip is to never eat carbs alone—always pair them with a good protein or fiber source like sprouts or curd to prevent sudden sugar spikes.

Well, you don't have to break up with carbohydrates forever, just put them on a very strict pocket money system! Usually, around 130g a day is the sweet spot. Just make sure your doctor is the one setting the budget, okay?

I was diagnosed with Type 2 last year and honestly, cutting my carbs to about 120g daily worked wonders for my HbA1c. I just cut out all processed sugar, reduced my rotis, and started eating more eggs and paneer. It is tough initially but you get used to it.

Haan, roti aur chawal thoda control karna padta hai Type 2 mein. Round 130g to 140g carbs per day is normal, but ye toh doctor hi acche se bata payenge na. Apne test reports ke sath ek baar doctor se diet chart zaroor banwa lo.

In my experience, managing Type 2 is highly effective when you pair a clean diet of 120g carbs with daily Kapalbhati and Mandukasana. Focus on natural, unrefined grains and fresh vegetables. Gentle lifestyle changes will bring harmony to your body.

Type 2 manage karna thoda regular habits ka khel hai, haan na? Usually, daily 130 grams carbs is suggested by most doctors here. But actually, please consult your own doctor once to see what is safe and correct for you.

Please don't worry, Type 2 diabetes is very manageable with a bit of routine. Most people do well around 130-140 grams of carbs daily, but let's not guess. I suggest we get a proper consultation with your physician to make a safe diet plan.

My elders suggest eating ragi mudde to control Type 2, which is excellent, but I always follow my doctor's precise guidance. He advises keeping daily carbs around 130 grams. Please visit your doctor to get a scientific diet plan tailored to your health.
