How many carbohydrates should a diabetic eat in a day?

I'm a newly diagnosed diabetic and still getting the hang of managing my diet. Can someone tell me roughly how many carbohydrates a diabetic should eat in a day? I'm looking for a general guideline to plan my meals.

Honestly, yeh number har insaan ke liye alag hota hai. Mere papa ko bhi diabetes hai, unko doctor ne bola tha 45-60 grams carbs per meal. Par unki age aur lifestyle ke hisaab se hai. Best to ask your own doc, they know your body better.

Please, this is really important, don't rely on general info for something like diabetes. Carbohydrate intake needs to be personalized by a doctor or a dietician after checking your blood sugar levels and overall health. Safety first, always get it checked.

Bhai, net pe bohot saari galat information milti hai. Diabetic diet is not something you can guess. Go to a proper doctor or a nutritionist jo diabetes manage karte hain. Don't risk your health with random advice, it's serious.

Oh, this is a good question. I'm also trying to understand better because my uncle has diabetes. So, like, does it also depend on what *kind* of carbs? Simple vs complex, I mean. Ya fir sirf quantity matter karti hai?

Having dealt with insulin resistance myself due to PCOS, I know how confusing carb counting can be. What works for one person might not work for another. It's best to consult an endocrinologist or a certified nutritionist. They often suggest a carb-counting plan tailored to your specific needs.

I remember when I was first diagnosed, I was so stressed about every single thing I ate. It felt like math homework. It's totally okay to feel overwhelmed by this question. Just know that you're not alone, and getting professional guidance helps a lot to ease the mind.

It's natural to be worried about managing something like diabetes, and calculating carbs can add to that anxiety. My friend was told by her doctor to focus on low GI carbs rather than just the total amount. Maybe discussing this with your own doctor would be a good first step to reduce that worry.
