How many calories do i burn during sleep?

I'm curious about how our bodies work, especially during rest. Does our body actually burn calories while we sleep? How many calories do I burn during sleep on average?

Sote samay bhi hamara sharir kaam karta rehta hai. Lagbhag 40 se 50 calorie har ghante burn hoti hai. Bas acchi neend lijiye aur sehatmand rahiye.

The calorie burn during sleep is determined by your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR), averaging about 0.9 calories per kilogram of body weight per hour. While it's interesting data, any major concerns about your metabolism should be discussed with a doctor.

I notice my fitness band usually estimates around 400 calories burned during my 7 hours of sleep. It's just a general estimate based on my height and weight, but it seems consistent.

Most adults burn roughly 350 to 450 calories during an 8-hour sleep. Instead of buying expensive sleep trackers to measure this, just focus on eating an early dinner and maintaining a regular sleeping routine.

You burn about 40-50 calories per hour while sleeping! 😴 So getting a good night's sleep is actually a tiny workout in itself. Make sure to sleep well tonight!

It is actually around 50 calories per hour, yaar. So if you sleep for 8 hours, you burn like 400 calories just resting! Pretty cool how our body works even when we are totally passed out.

When I was recovering from long-term exhaustion, I realized how much energy the body uses to heal during sleep. On average, you burn about 50 calories an hour just resting. Don't underestimate the power of solid, uninterrupted sleep.

It's roughly 50 calories per hour. Don't rely on sleep to burn off a heavy dinner, though. Focus on your daytime activity levels and calorie intake if you are trying to lose weight.
