How long with a fever before going to doctor child?

My little daughter has had a fever since yesterday evening, and it's not very high, but I'm still worried. At what point, or after how many days with a fever, should I take my child to the doctor?

Dealing with kids is always so stressful and we must be very careful. Usually, if the temperature is high or if the baby is looking very dull, we shouldn't wait even a day. Better to call your pediatrician quickly to be safe.

I am also quite confused about this with my little niece. My elder sister usually waits for a day but she gives paracetamol if the body gets warm. How do we know if it is just a normal teething warmness or actual viral fever?

True, waiting too long is not safe for small children. If the fever stays more than 24 hours, definitely take them to the clinic.

My mom always tells my relatives that for small babies, you shouldn't do ghar pe try for too long. If the baby is crying continuously or has a warm head for over a day, they just run to the family doc.

Actually children get dehydrated very fast during fever, yaaro. If it is more than 101 or 102 degrees, do not wait for 2-3 days at all. Just go to the doc immediately and get it checked.
