How long until babies sleep through the night?

My baby is 3 months old and still wakes up multiple times a night. Everyone keeps saying 'soon they will sleep through'. How long until babies actually start sleeping through the night without waking up for feeds?

Actually yaar, every baby is totally different. Some start sleeping for 6 hours straight by 4 months, and some don't do it even after a year! Don't compare your kid with others, it just gives you major FOMO and stress.

My baby started sleeping longer stretches around 6 months, which finally allowed me to get back to my morning walks. Establishing a solid bedtime routine with a warm bath really helps them settle. Just hang in there, your sleep cycle will get back to normal soon!

Clinically, babies are physically capable of sleeping 6-8 hours without a feed around 6 months when they start solids. But teething and growth spurts can disrupt this pattern. Try keeping the room dark and quiet to help them connect their sleep cycles.

Beta, don't worry. Little babies have very small tummies so they get hungry and wake up often. By 6 or 7 months they will start sleeping for longer hours. Feed them well in the evening and keep them close to you.

My 3-month-old wakes up every two hours and I am just so exhausted. I was wondering, does oil massage before bed really help them sleep longer? I would love to know what worked for other mothers.

Dealing with postpartum sleep deprivation is so tough, especially when trying to manage PCOS fatigue alongside. My baby started sleeping longer around 7 months, but we still have off days. Just take it one day at a time and ask family for help so you can rest.

Oh babes, don't stress too much! You are doing an amazing job. Most babies start sleeping better by 6 to 9 months, so this zombie phase is definitely going to pass. Grab a nap whenever your little one sleeps during the day!

Haan na, baby ka sleep routine set hone me bohot time lagta hai. Mere bete ne toh almost 8-9 months tak humein bohot jagaya, ho na? Slowly unka sleep cycle natural ho jata hai, tab tak patience rakhna padega.
