How long to stay home with flu no fever?

I've got flu symptoms, but no fever this time. My office has a sick leave policy, but I'm confused about how long I should stay home without a fever. Don't want to spread anything around.

Oh, I totally get it! That feeling of being unwell but not having a fever is so confusing. Most doctors say to wait at least 24 hours after your last symptom disappears, just to be super safe. Don't push yourself too hard!

Honestly, I've been researching this too! Google says the flu can still be contagious for 5-7 days after symptoms start, even if you don't have a fever anymore. Better to err on the side of caution and not spread it to others, right?

Mere saath bhi hua hai! That feeling of not knowing when it's 'over' can be so frustrating, especially when you have commitments. It's okay to feel a bit down. Just remember to be kind to yourself and don't feel guilty about taking the time you need to fully recover.

Hmm, even without fever, your body is still recovering. Listen to it. Maybe a few days of gentle rest, focus on good breathing exercises like anulom vilom. It really helps to clear the system and regain strength before rushing back. Your body knows best.

Bro, last time I had flu no fever, I went back too soon and felt like crap again. Ended up taking another two days off. So yeah, give it a good 2-3 extra days after you feel 'normal' normal. Don't be a hero.

Even without fever, your immunity is down. Focus on light, easily digestible vegetarian food. Khichdi, soups, lots of fluids. I'd say stay home till you feel 100% strong and energetic, not just symptom-free. Your diet plays a big role in recovery.

Take good rest. Listen to your body, it tells you what it needs. Sometimes even without fever, the weakness stays. Stay home until you feel completely well. It is important for your health.
