How long to leave castor oil on thyroid?

Someone suggested applying castor oil on my throat for my thyroid issues. How long should I leave the castor oil on for it to be effective? Is there a recommended duration?

Honestly, for thyroid issues, castor oil is not a proven treatment. Best to stick to your doctor's advice and medication. Don't waste time on unverified remedies, health is important.

Hey! I've heard about castor oil for many things, but for thyroid, I'm not sure if it's effective. Maybe you can try it for a short while, like 30 mins to an hour, and see if you feel any difference? But please don't stop your prescribed medicines. 😊

Castor oil for thyroid? I'm a bit nervous about trying new things for my thyroid, you know? Has anyone else here actually tried it and felt a difference? How long did you keep it on, and did you have any side effects?

I understand you're looking for natural solutions. I've tried many home remedies myself. For castor oil, some people apply it overnight with a cloth, but I'd suggest being cautious for thyroid. It's better to discuss with your doctor if it's safe to use alongside your treatment.

Arre, castor oil for thyroid? Yaar, actually I've used it for hair but never heard of it for thyroid directly. I think best hai consult your doctor once before trying anything new, especially for something like thyroid.

Yaar, castor oil for thyroid? I'd be a bit careful there. Don't stress too much trying every home remedy. Your doc probably knows best. Maybe ask them if it's okay to even try it first?
