For stroke patients, sleep needs can vary a lot. Some might need more rest, while others struggle with sleep. It's not about a fixed number. A sleep tracker or app can help monitor patterns, but please, always consult their doctor for personalized advice. Sleep quality is more important than just quantity.

My uncle had a stroke, and his sleep patterns changed drastically. He was either too sleepy or couldn't sleep at all. It's a serious medical condition, and sleep needs are complex. Please, for their safety and recovery, ask their treating doctor or neurologist about this directly. Self-managing can be risky.

This is a very specific medical question for a stroke patient. Their sleep duration and quality are critical for recovery and need to be monitored by a medical professional. Please do not rely on general advice. Consult the patient's neurologist or physician directly for guidance.

My father had a stroke, and initially, he slept a lot, which the doctors said was normal for recovery. Later, he struggled with insomnia. We found that maintaining a strict sleep schedule and a quiet environment helped. But each patient is different, so follow what the treating doctor advises.

For stroke patients, good rest is crucial. We tried some gentle massages and keeping the room very peaceful for my relative who had a stroke. Sometimes they need more sleep, sometimes less, it really varies day-to-day. Always follow the doctor's recommendations first, though, as their recovery is very delicate.
