How long should a newborn sleep without feeding?

My newborn is a very sleepy baby and sometimes it's hard to wake her for feeds. I'm constantly worried about her nutrition. How long is it safe for a newborn to sleep without feeding?

Newborns, oh my! They're like little gourmands, always hungry! Usually, they can't go more than 2-3 hours without a feed. Their tummies are tiny, so they need frequent top-ups. Don't worry, they'll let you know when it's snack time again!

Dude, a newborn sleeping without feeding for long? That's kinda rare. My little cousin would start crying in 2-3 hours max. They're basically tiny eating and sleeping machines, haha. Better to feed them when they ask for it.

Bro, my cousin just had a baby. Initially, that little one was waking up every 2-3 hours for milk. Like clockwork. Couldn't go longer than that for weeks. It's normal, don't sweat it.

Newborns need frequent feeds for proper development, usually every 2-3 hours. It's like consistent small meals for them, just like how we space out our healthy snacks. Make sure they are getting enough, so their growth isn't affected.

It's generally advised that newborns should not go more than 3-4 hours without feeding, especially in the first few weeks. If your baby is sleeping longer than that regularly or seems too sleepy to feed, please consult your pediatrician immediately to ensure everything is alright.

I used a baby tracker app for my niece, and it showed newborns typically feed every 2-3 hours. The app also reminded us when it was time for the next feed. It's crucial for their early development. Maximum 4 hours maybe, but not more than that usually.

In the initial weeks, expect to feed your newborn every 2-3 hours, even at night. They have tiny stomachs. As they grow, they might stretch it to 4 hours, but anything longer, especially if they are not gaining weight, warrants a quick check with the doc.

My mummy always said newborns are like little birds, needing food very often. Usually, they can't sleep more than 3-4 hours without a feed. It's better to wake them if it's been too long, especially if they are very young, to make sure they get enough nutrition.
