How long is a liver transplant operation?

My neighbour's father just underwent a liver transplant. It was a really long and complex procedure. I was curious to know, typically, how many hours does a liver transplant operation usually last?

A liver transplant is a very serious and long surgery, typically 6-12 hours. I've seen people go through so much before even reaching that stage, trying all sorts of remedies. But for this, it's all about expert medical care. Recovery also takes its own time.

Oh, a liver transplant takes a really long time, like half a day sometimes! It's such an intensive procedure. Anyone going through that deserves all the support. Make sure the patient has good care after, that's also crucial.

Liver transplant? That's not a quick chai-break operation! Haha. It can go on for 6 to 12 hours, maybe even longer. Imagine standing there all that time! Hats off to the surgeons, and to the patient for going through it.

My nephew had a liver transplant many years ago, and it was a very long operation, over 8 hours. But the doctors are very skilled. With God's grace and good medical care, he is doing fine now. Patience is key for recovery.
