How long is a chest xray for tb good for?

I had a chest X-ray done about 8 months ago, and now my new employer is asking for one for TB screening. I'm wondering if my previous one is still valid. So, how long is a chest X-ray typically considered good for when screening for TB?

Yaar, a chest X-ray for TB isn't like a permanent record, actually. It's usually considered valid for maybe 3 to 6 months only. If you've got new symptoms or been around someone with TB after that, they'll ask for a fresh one, for sure.

A chest X-ray for TB? Ah, that's not like an FD, it doesn't stay good for years. Usually, it's considered valid for about 3 to 6 months, tops. After that, if you still have concerns or new symptoms, you'll probably need a new one. Such is life with health stuff!

A chest X-ray for TB is generally good for about 3 to 6 months, depending on the situation and if you have new exposures! It's not a lifelong pass, unfortunately. 😉 Always best to check with your doctor! ✨

Bro, for TB, a chest X-ray is usually good for like, 3-6 months max, I heard. Like, if you got symptoms again or met someone with TB after that, you probably gotta get a new one, you know? It's not a one-time thing.

For TB, a chest X-ray's validity is quite short, usually around 3 to 6 months. It's not something to rely on for a long period. I once ignored a cough, thinking it was just a cold, and later regretted not getting a fresh X-ray sooner. Please, if you have symptoms or doubts, get checked again promptly.
