How long is 4 month sleep regression?

My baby is exactly four months old, and suddenly her sleep has become very disturbed. I read online about a '4-month sleep regression'. How long does this 4-month sleep regression typically last? I'm so exhausted!

The 4-month sleep regression can feel like forever when you're in it! It usually lasts a few weeks, maybe 2-6 weeks, but for some, it can feel longer. Try to establish a consistent bedtime routine, it really helps. If it's causing too much distress or seems extreme, do talk to your pediatrician.

Ugh, the 4-month sleep regression is brutal, I know! It usually lasts a couple of weeks to a month, maybe a bit more for some. Just remember, it's a phase and it *will* pass. Don't stress too much, you're doing great!

The 4-month sleep regression typically lasts about 2 to 6 weeks. It feels like an eternity when you're sleep-deprived, but it's usually a temporary phase as baby's sleep patterns mature. Be consistent with your routine, and try to tag-team with your partner if possible to get some rest.
