How long for tylenol to bring down fever?

My little boy has a high fever, and I just gave him Tylenol. I'm trying to keep him comfortable. How long does it usually take for Tylenol to bring down a fever in children?

Tylenol usually starts working quite fast, you should feel some relief within 30-60 minutes. The fever typically begins to come down after about an hour and its effect lasts for a few hours. Just make sure to take the correct dosage as per the packaging or your doctor's advice.

Feeling feverish is just awful, I completely get the urgency. Tylenol usually brings down a fever within 30 to 60 minutes. It's a relief when it starts working, just try to rest up as much as you can while it does its job. Hang in there.

For fever, Tylenol generally acts pretty quickly, within 30 minutes to an hour you should see a drop. But remember, it's important to keep track of your fever and check with a doctor if it's high or persistent. With high BP, even a simple fever needs monitoring, so don't take it lightly.

Oh, I just had a fever last week! Tylenol started working for me in about 40-45 minutes. I felt the fever slowly subside, and then I was able to sleep a bit. It doesn't instantly make it vanish, but you'll definitely feel better within an hour. Take rest!

Hmm, I usually feel a slight change in about half an hour, and then it properly brings down the fever in maybe an hour or so. Does anyone else also feel it takes a bit longer sometimes, or is it just me? I always get worried if it's not fast enough.

You should start feeling it working in about 30 to 60 minutes after taking it. It's usually quite effective. But if your fever stays really high or you don't feel any relief after an hour or two, it might be worth checking in with a doctor just to be safe. It's better to be sure, right?
