How long for liver enzymes to go down after drinking?

Last week, I indulged a bit too much at a party. Now my liver enzyme tests are slightly elevated. I've stopped drinking entirely since then. Can someone tell me how long it usually takes for liver enzymes to go down after drinking alcohol?

Please, if your liver enzymes are high after drinking, don't ignore it like I once did! It's a sign your liver is stressed. If you completely stop alcohol, and make other healthy lifestyle changes, the enzymes can start to go down in a few weeks, but it can take 1-3 months for significant improvement. Get a proper checkup and guidance from a doctor, seriously.

Bhai, agar sharab peene se liver enzymes badh gaye hain, toh pehle sharab bilkul band karni padegi. Fir, agar chote-mote badhe hain, toh 2-4 hafte mein thode kam ho sakte hain, par pura theek hone mein 2-3 mahine bhi lag sakte hain. Doctor se baat karo, woh sahi rasta dikhayenge.

Hey! Don't stress too much, but definitely take it seriously if drinking caused it. If you stop alcohol completely and eat healthy, your liver is pretty amazing and can start healing. You might see numbers improve in a few weeks, but full recovery for enzymes could take a couple of months. Just be consistent, yaar!

Dekho bhai, agar liver enzymes drinking ki wajah se high hain, toh sabse pehle toh drinking band karni padegi, that's practical solution number one. Then, with healthy eating and maybe some doctor prescribed medicines, it can take anywhere from 4 weeks to 3 months for the enzymes to normalize. Regular check-ups are key, don't skip them.

High liver enzymes, especially after drinking, is a serious sign. Just like managing diabetes requires careful food choices and discipline, bringing down liver enzymes means cutting out alcohol completely and eating a very clean, low-sugar diet. It can take several weeks to a few months for the enzymes to normalize with consistent effort and medical guidance.

Betaji, sharab peene se shareer ka bahut nuksaan hota hai. Agar enzymes badh gaye hain, toh pehle usse rokna padega. Fir, doodh, haldi, aur saade bhojan se liver ko araam milta hai. Doctor ki salah se 1-3 mahine lag sakte hain thik hone mein. Apne shareer ka dhyan rakho.
