Vestibular migraine is tough, I know. It can last from a few minutes to several hours, sometimes even days for some people. It's very unpredictable. Get a proper diagnosis and treatment plan from a good neurologist. Don't suffer in silence.

Feeling dizzy and off-balance can be incredibly anxiety-inducing, I completely understand. Vestibular migraines are so varied; they can last anywhere from minutes to several days, which makes them even more frustrating. It's really important to work with a good doctor to find ways to manage them and ease your worries.

Oh, vestibular migraines are so awful, I feel for you! My friend gets them, and for her, they can last anywhere from 20 minutes to a full day, sometimes even longer if she doesn't catch it early. It really varies from person to person. Definitely talk to a doctor who specializes in migraines.

For something as specific as a vestibular migraine, asking your doctor at a reputable hospital is the only way. I've heard it can range from short episodes to longer, debilitating ones. They can give you a precise diagnosis and management plan. Don't rely on general info.

Hey, don't stress too much, but this sounds like it needs proper medical attention. I've heard vestibular migraines can be super unpredictable, sometimes just for a few minutes, other times it can stretch for hours or even days. Please consult a neurologist, they'll know exactly how to help you.
