Théraflu Nighttime usually has ingredients that make you drowsy, so it can help you sleep for a good few hours, maybe 6-8. My mother always says to take these kinds of medicines with proper rest in mind. But always check the dosage with a doctor, especially if you have other conditions.

Oh, I've seen that medicine! Does it really knock you out, or is it more of a gentle drowsiness? And does it make you feel groggy the next morning?

Beta, these medicines make you sleep so your body can rest and heal from the cold. It might give you 6-8 hours. Just be careful, don't take it lightly. A warm glass of turmeric milk also helps for cold, but if it's severe, take what the doctor gives.

When you're sick, proper rest is more important than anything, even light exercise. Theraflu Nighttime helps achieve that deep sleep for about 6-8 hours, which is crucial for recovery. Just ensure you take it when you're truly done for the day and not active.

Theraflu Nighttime works well for a solid 6-8 hours of sleep because of the drowsy ingredients. Take it before you truly plan to sleep and don't operate heavy machinery or drive afterward. It's effective for symptom relief and rest.

Most nighttime cold meds like Theraflu contain antihistamines that cause drowsiness, so you can expect to sleep for about 6-8 hours, maybe even a bit more if you're really tired. Just make sure to take it when you actually have that much time for sleep, or you'll feel awful in the morning.

My doctor explained that the antihistamine in Theraflu Nighttime, typically diphenhydramine, is responsible for the drowsiness. It usually provides a sedative effect lasting around 6-8 hours. So, it's best to take it right before your intended sleep time to maximize its benefit and avoid daytime grogginess.
