How long does the stomach pain last?

I've been having this really bad stomach pain since last night after eating something outside. It's not constant but comes and goes. Just wondering if this kind of pain usually subsides quickly or if it can drag on for days.

Betaji, stomach pain can be from so many reasons. Sometimes, a little ajwain water or ginger tea helps quickly. But if it's staying for more than a day, or is very strong, then it's better to show it to a doctor. Don't take risks with your health.

For mild stomach aches, I often find a simple hing or fennel seeds remedy helpful, and it usually settles in a few hours. But if it's severe, persistent for more than a day, or accompanied by fever or vomiting, then please, don't delay seeing a doctor. Home remedies are not for serious stuff.

Sometimes stomach pain can be related to digestion and bloat. A light walk after meals can help, but if the pain is acute or chronic, definitely don't try to 'walk it off'. Consult a doctor first, as it could be something serious.

Most common stomach pains, like indigestion, go away in a few hours with some antacid or home remedy. If it's still there after a day or two, especially with fever, then you must go to a clinic. Don't wait until it gets very bad. Just take a small break from work.

Stomach pain often depends on what you ate. If it's something spicy or oily, usually a few hours to a day. Stick to bland, home-cooked vegetarian food like dal khichdi if your stomach is upset. Avoid anything heavy until it settles down.

Hey, take it easy. Stomach pain can be very tricky because it can mean so many things. If it's just mild, it might pass in a few hours. But if it's sharp, or you have other symptoms, please get it checked out properly. Better safe than sorry.
