How long does the four month sleep regression last?

My four-month-old used to sleep so well, but now he's waking up frequently at night. My wife said it might be the four-month sleep regression. How long does this phase typically last?

I totally get it, the 4-month sleep regression feels endless when you're in the thick of it! It usually lasts for about 2-4 weeks, sometimes a bit more. It's tough, but it's a sign of their brain developing. Just hang in there, you're doing great.

Sleep regression is a challenging phase for parents, similar to how unexpected sugar fluctuations can be for someone managing diabetes. It typically lasts 2 to 6 weeks, as the baby's sleep patterns mature. Consistency in routine and managing your own health, like blood sugar, will help you through this demanding period.

Based on my friends' experiences and what I've read, the 4-month sleep regression can be tough and usually lasts for about 2 to 6 weeks. It's a normal developmental stage where their sleep patterns change. Consistency with their routine and lots of love are the best things you can offer.

I remember this period so well, the exhaustion is real! The 4-month sleep regression typically lasts about 2-6 weeks. It's a developmental leap. We tried a consistent bedtime routine, lots of comfort, and even tried to shift naps a bit. Patience is key, and it will end.

The 4-month sleep regression is a period of adjustment for babies, often lasting 2 to 6 weeks. While you focus on the baby, ensure you are getting nourishing food, maybe light, easy-to-digest vegetarian meals. Your energy is important during this challenging time.

My cousin just went through this with his baby, it was wild! He said it was like, 3-4 weeks of broken sleep, maybe a bit more. They just had to power through it. It's a phase, happens to almost everyone.
