Yaar, tamsulosin is usually for helping the stone pass, na? My friend took it and actually felt relief in a few days, like the pain lessened. But the stone passing can still take a week or two, depends on size. Best to ask your urologist about your specific case.

Oh, kidney stones are so painful! Tamsulosin helps relax the urinary tract, so it should start easing the discomfort within a few days of starting it. Keep drinking plenty of water, that's really important. I tried so many home remedies like lemon water and apple cider vinegar too, which also seemed to help with the pain.

Tamsulosin is like your personal bouncer for kidney stones, trying to get them out! 😂 It typically starts showing effect in a few days, helping relax things. But remember, the stone still has to make its grand exit, so patience, my friend, patience!

Tamsulosin is given to help pass the stone, so it will start working within a few days to relax the muscles. My grandmother used to say drinking a lot of water and tender coconut water helps too. Always follow the doctor's advice, but these small things can also give some comfort.

My doctor explained that tamsulosin usually starts to dilate the ureter within a few hours, but it might take 2-3 days to really feel the full effect of reduced pain and easier passage. The actual time for the stone to pass varies greatly, from a few days to several weeks, depending on its size and location. Consistency with the medication is crucial.

Kidney stones and sleep deprivation, a match made in hell! Tamsulosin usually kicks in to help with the pain and passing within a few days. For me, the sooner it worked, the sooner I could maybe catch a few hours of sleep without jumping in pain. Good luck, hope it works fast!

Ah, the joys of kidney stones! Tamsulosin is supposed to get things moving. My doctor said you should feel some relief within 3-4 days, but don't expect the stone to magically disappear overnight. It's a gradual process, much like getting my kids to tidy their room! 😂
