Yaar, sunburn pain can last for a few days, like 3-5 days typically. The worst of it is usually the first 24-48 hours. After that, it kinda subsides, but your skin might still be sensitive and peel. Apply aloe vera, it helps, actually.
Haan, sunburn ka dard toh 2-3 din rehta hai mostly. Kabhi kabhi 5 din tak bhi irritating lagta hai na. Thanda aloe vera gel lagao, thoda relief milta hai. Aur next time dhyaan rakhna, sunscreen lagana!
Usually the pain starts subsiding after 2-3 days, but it depends on how severe the burn is. For internal healing, make sure you're drinking enough water and eating hydrating fruits and vegetables. Avoid spicy or very hot food, it might irritate you more.
Severe sunburn pain peaks within 24-48 hours and generally starts to improve after 3-5 days. If it's blistering or very painful, see a doctor. Otherwise, keep it moisturized and stay hydrated.
Don't ignore it if it's too bad, please. I had a really bad sunburn once, thought it would go away, but it got infected and was much worse. If the pain is severe or you see blisters, definitely get it checked by a doctor, don't wait.

Sunburn pain can be so annoying and uncomfortable, making you irritable for days. It really gets to you emotionally when you're constantly in discomfort. Just remember it will pass, and focus on cooling and soothing your skin.
For me, even small burns take a little longer to heal because of my sugar levels. Sunburn pain might typically last a few days, but if you have any underlying conditions, keep an eye on it and consult your doctor if it persists. Hydration is important, but be mindful of sugary drinks.
