How long does stomach pain from antibiotics last?

I just finished a course of antibiotics for a throat infection, and my stomach has been really upset since. My doctor said it's normal, but this pain is quite bothering me. Just wondering, kitne din tak rehta hai yeh dard?

In my experience, when I've had stomach pain from antibiotics, it usually eased up a day or two after finishing the course. But everyone's body is different. I'm just sharing what happened with me, not telling you what to do medically.

Stomach pain from antibiotics is common because they affect gut bacteria. It usually gets better within a few days of stopping the medicine. Eating curd (yogurt) can help. But if the pain is severe, doesn't go away, or you have fever/blood, please see your doctor immediately. Some things need proper medical attention.

Stomach pain from antibiotics can linger for a few days even after finishing them, as your gut needs time to recover. I once ignored persistent stomach issues after antibiotics and regretted it later when it got worse. So if the pain is severe or lasts too long, definitely get it checked by a doctor. Don't take chances.

Stomach pain from antibiotics can be quite uncomfortable. It usually resolves within a few days of completing the course. Taking probiotics can sometimes help. But for any persistent or severe pain, it's best to consult a doctor. Also, if you have high BP, remember that certain antibiotics can interact with medications, so always inform your doctor about all medicines you are taking.
