This is a very difficult situation. For stage 4 lung cancer, the prognosis is highly individual. While I manage diabetes, I know that for serious conditions like cancer, the doctors are the only ones who can give realistic expectations. Focus on supporting the patient and following medical advice closely.

This is a very serious and sensitive question. Survival rates for stage 4 lung cancer vary widely and depend on many factors like the specific type of cancer, overall health, and response to treatment. It's crucial to discuss this directly with the oncology team for the most accurate and personalized prognosis.

This is a very serious question, and honestly, the answer varies a lot. Beyond the medical aspect, the financial planning and ensuring access to good care and support are also crucial. The cost of advanced treatments and palliative care can be significant, so planning early for that is important if you're able to.

While I was diagnosed earlier than stage 4, I've seen many people with advanced lung cancer fighting bravely. It's not a definite timeline. Advances in treatment like targeted therapies and immunotherapy have changed the outlook for many. Please keep hope and discuss all options with the specialists.

For stage 4 lung cancer, it's critical to get information from the treating oncologists. At hospitals like Max or Fortis, they're usually very clear about the prognosis and treatment paths. Don't rely on general info; ask the doctors directly about the specific case and all available treatment options. Each patient is different.

For something as serious as stage 4 lung cancer, it is absolutely essential to rely only on the doctors. While I usually suggest home remedies for minor things, for this, please ensure the patient receives the best possible medical care and support. No natural tips can substitute for proper oncology treatment.
