How long does si joint pain last?

I injured my lower back lifting something heavy last month and have been having pain around my tailbone. My chiropractor said it's probably SI joint pain. I wanted to know, how long does SI joint pain typically last?

SI joint pain, oh my god, it's so uncomfortable! I've been having it on and off. Does it usually go away completely, or does it just keep coming back? I'm worried it'll become a chronic thing. Anyone else experienced this?

SI joint pain can be a real headache, literally. If it's acute, it might clear in a few weeks with rest and physio. But if it's chronic, it can last months or years, especially if the underlying cause isn't addressed. You need to see a good physiotherapist or orthopaedist, yaar.

SI joint pain? Another one for the 'aches and pains of getting older' list! Sometimes it feels like it lasts forever, especially when you sit too long. If it's a minor strain, a few days to a couple of weeks. But for me, it's like an uninvited guest, comes and goes when it pleases. Get it checked properly.

I ignored my lower back and hip pain for months, thinking it was just fatigue, and it became chronic SI joint dysfunction. My mistake cost me months of discomfort and expensive physio. Don't be like me. If you have SI joint pain, get it diagnosed early and start treatment. It won't magically disappear.

Ah, the SI joint, that mysterious little joint that decides to throw a party of pain whenever it feels like it! It can last from 'oops, I sat wrong' for a few days to 'why is my butt yelling at me?' for weeks or months. Get a doc to tell that joint to behave!
