How long does period pain last?

Every month I get such bad cramps, sometimes it feels like they will never end. I take medicines and use a hot water bag, but I just want to know, how long does period pain usually last for others?

Generally, period pain, yaani cramps, starts a day or two before your period or when it begins, and usually lasts for 2-3 days. The first day is often the worst. If your pain is too much or lasts longer, then you should definitely see a doctor, don't just suffer through it.

For most women, it's 1-3 days of discomfort. A hot water bag or ginger tea can work wonders for mild pain. But if it's unbearable or lasts beyond 3-4 days consistently, then please don't just rely on home remedies. Go for a check-up with a gynaecologist, it's important to rule out other issues.

Oh, the dreaded period pain! For me, it's usually just the first day or two, then it slowly fades. That's when I crave all the comfort food, haha! Hot chocolate and biryani are my go-to. But if it's really stopping you from doing stuff, maybe a doctor can help more than just ice cream.

Yaar, usually it's like 2-3 days, no? Pehle din toh full heavy hota hai. Actually, mine used to be bad for the first two days, then it would ease up. If it goes on for too long or is super intense, like you can't do anything, then seriously, check with a doc.

Most women experience period pain for a couple of days, sometimes up to three. It usually starts with the bleeding. If it feels too severe or lasts much longer, it would be good to speak with a doctor.

Typical period pain lasts for about 2-3 days, often peaking on the first day. It's usually manageable with OTC pain relievers or home remedies. If your pain is debilitating, disrupts your daily life, or extends beyond this typical timeframe, it's advisable to consult a gynaecologist.
