How long does people with diabetes live?

My father has had diabetes for many years now, and he's always very careful with his diet and medicines. I often worry about him, and it makes me wonder, generally speaking, how long do people with diabetes live if they manage their condition well?

This is a really important question. With good management and adherence to treatment, people with diabetes can live long, healthy lives. It's about consistent care, checking blood sugar, and managing diet and exercise. My friend with type 1 has been managing it for years and lives a full life.

With advancements in medical science and improved management strategies, people with diabetes are living longer and healthier lives than ever before. Lifespan is highly individual, depending on factors like type of diabetes, age of onset, adherence to treatment, lifestyle, and prevention of complications. Regular consultations with an endocrinologist are key.

Honestly, if they manage their diet and exercise properly, probably longer than I will with my coffee addiction and 4 hours of sleep! Kidding aside, with good care, they can live a really long time. It's all about consistency, which sounds exhausting, but totally worth it!

Haan, if they control their sugar, diet, sab properly, na, then they can live a long and normal life. It's not like earlier days where it was so bad. Ab toh kitni research ho gayi hai. Just consistency chahiye management mein.

It's not about how long, but how well. With proper medical guidance, regular check-ups, and strict adherence to diet and medication, a person with diabetes can have a good quality of life and a normal lifespan. Any concerning symptoms or questions should always be discussed with a doctor, don't leave it to chance.

The key is management and not ignoring symptoms. If diabetes is diagnosed and managed well from the start, people can live almost as long as anyone else. I learned the hard way that ignoring health advice only leads to more problems. Please, if you or someone you know has diabetes, encourage them to follow doctor's orders diligently.
