How long does kidney rash last?

My younger brother has developed this red, bumpy rash on his back and arms. The doctor said it might be a 'kidney rash' because he has some kidney issues. I'm worried; how long does something like this usually take to clear up?

I know how scary it is when you get a sudden rash and start thinking it's related to your kidneys. When my father had kidney-related itching and rashes, it lasted for weeks until his urea levels were brought down by the doctor. Please don't panic, getting a simple kidney function blood test will give you clear answers.

Bro, if it's uremic frost or kidney-related itching, it doesn't just go away like a normal allergy rash. Mine stayed for almost a month until my doctor adjusted my dialysis and meds. Don't waste time putting normal skin creams on it, go show a proper specialist.

Beta, ye khujli aur chakatte jo gurde ki wajah se hote hain, wo tab tak theek nahi hote jab tak andar ki bimari ka ilaaj na ho. Humare padosi ko hua tha, unhone doctor ki dawa khai toh do hafte me aaram mila. Aap jaldi se doctor babu ko dikha lijiye.

Hey, don't stress too much about it! A kidney-related rash usually subsides once the toxin levels in the body are controlled by proper medical treatment. Just avoid scratching it so you don't get any skin infections, and maybe ask your doctor for a soothing lotion till the main treatment works.

It can take some time to clear up fully, usually a few weeks as the doctor treats the root kidney issue! 😊 Keep your skin well-moisturized with coconut oil or whatever your doc recommends. Stay positive and keep drinking your fluids as advised!
