How long does it take to fill 5 cavities?

My dentist said I have five cavities and it's a bit overwhelming. I'm wondering if they can all be done in one go. How long would it typically take for a dentist to fill five cavities?

Oh god, five cavities sounds scary but it is actually very manageable. It took my dentist about two sessions of 45 minutes each to finish mine. Doing them all in one go might make your jaw really sore, so splitting it is so much better.

Keep your mind calm and stay positive, health challenges are just temporary phases. Five fillings might take around 90 minutes, so just practice deep breathing while you sit there. Take care of your body, it is your temple.

I literally had a mini panic attack when my doctor said I have 5 cavities. But honestly, the process is so routine now. It took about an hour and twenty minutes, and the actual filling part didn't even hurt. You've got this, don't worry!

It can take about 1 to 2 hours depending on how deep they are. Don't worry, the dentist will make sure you are comfortable and numb. Just take it easy and rest well after the appointment.

Honestly, lying down in that dental chair for 1.5 hours to get five fillings done was the closest I got to a nap all week. Just close your eyes and let the doc do their work. It takes some time, but at least you get to lie down and do nothing!
