How long does it take to detox your liver?

Been feeling quite sluggish lately and my friend suggested I should try a liver detox. I've heard about these 'detox' diets, but I'm curious, how long does it typically take for the liver to actually detoxify itself properly?

My grandmother used to say drinking warm water with turmeric every morning cleanses everything, but my family doctor explained that the liver naturally regenerates and detoxes itself constantly if we eat clean. Usually, with a simple diet and zero alcohol, your liver starts showing improvement in about 3 to 4 weeks. He says consistency is the real key.

It is so incredibly stressful when you get a report showing fatty liver or elevated enzymes, I used to cry thinking I ruined my health. But please don't lose hope because our bodies are amazing. It took me around 3 months of strict lifestyle changes to finally see my reports go back to normal.

Detoxification is not a one-week process; you have to give it at least a month or two of clean eating. I strictly cut out all deep-fried items, refined sugar, and processed flour, replacing them with fresh seasonal vegetables, lauki juice, and plenty of water. Your liver will naturally heal when you stop loading it with toxins.

Haan na, log fukat me panic hote hain and expensive supplements kharidte hain. Real detox takes around 2 to 3 months of basic lifestyle change, simple ghar ka khana is enough. Drastic shortcuts se liver damage aur badh sakta hai, ho na?

Don't waste money on those expensive 'liver detox' juices or fancy green powders in the market, they are a total marketing gimmick. Just get a basic LFT blood test done for 500-600 rupees first, change your diet for a month, and do another cheap test to see the actual progress. Simple home food is virtually free and works best.
