How long does it take to cure erectile dysfunction naturally?

I've been experiencing some issues with erectile dysfunction, and I'd prefer to try natural methods if possible. I'm wondering, how long does it typically take to cure erectile dysfunction naturally, or what kind of timeframe am I looking at?

I am only speaking from my personal experience, but when I worked on reducing my stress, slept 8 hours, and did daily walking, my performance improved in about 3 months. Lifestyle changes take time but they do work.

Don't expect overnight miracles, your body isn't a smartphone that fast-charges in 30 minutes! With proper exercise and diet, it usually takes about 3 to 6 months to see real natural changes. Keep the patience and drop the stress.

In my experience, practicing pelvic floor exercises (Mula Bandha) and calming pranayama like Nadi Shodhana can show good results in 2 to 3 months. It improves blood circulation and calms the nervous system beautifully.

While lifestyle changes can take 3 to 6 months to help, ED can sometimes be an early sign of heart or nerve issues. I highly recommend going to a good hospital and asking an urologist clearly about the root cause instead of just trying things at home.

It usually takes a few months of healthy living and low stress to see positive changes. Please support your partner and do not worry too much, with time it gets better.

Hey, don't stress too much, bro! Most of the time it is just due to work stress and bad sleep. Give yourself 2 to 3 months of regular exercise, eat healthy, and quit smoking. You will definitely see a big difference.
