How long does it take azo pain relief to work?

I'm having some discomfort and my doctor suggested Azo Pain Relief. I just took the first dose and am waiting for it to work. How quickly does Azo Pain Relief usually start to provide relief?

It can ease the burning sensation in about 20 to 30 minutes. But please don't just rely on pain relief like I did; it only masks the pain and doesn't cure the actual infection. Go see a doctor for proper antibiotics before it spreads.

For urinary discomfort, this medication usually starts showing relief within an hour. Make sure you drink lots of water along with it to help flush out the system. If the pain continues, please take them to a doctor.

It works pretty fast, usually within an hour, but don't freak out when your pee turns bright orange-red! It looks like a science experiment but it is completely normal for this medicine.

Most users log pain relief within 30 to 45 minutes on health tracking apps. It is a highly effective urinary analgesic, but remember it does not treat the underlying bacterial infection, so you still need a doctor's visit.

Do not start self-prescribing these tablets based on internet searches. While they might reduce pain quickly, a urinary tract issue requires proper clinical testing to find the right antibiotic. See a doctor.

For me, the intense burning started going down in about 40 minutes. Since I manage PCOS and am very careful with medications, I always check with my gynecologist first before taking any over-the-counter pain relief.

Don't stress, the burning will start coming down in about 45 minutes. But listen to me, this is just to make you comfortable; you still need to get a doctor's prescription to clear the infection properly.

I agree, it takes around 30 minutes to work. Just be sure to take it after a meal to avoid any stomach upset.

It actually takes like 40 minutes to work, yaar. The relief is great but don't ignore the actual issue. You definitely need to see a doctor and get proper antibiotics for a UTI.

Beti, it gives relief from the burning pain in about half an hour. Drink plenty of water and tender coconut water too. Please consult a doctor in your town to get the right treatment.

It takes maximum 30 to 60 minutes to knock out that irritating urinary burning. It is purely for temporary symptomatic relief, so don't treat it as a permanent cure. Get a urine culture done.

I was looking this up for a family member, and most medical sources say it starts working within 20 to 60 minutes. It seems to be a quick fix for comfort, but not a cure for the infection itself.

In my experience, the burning sensation reduces significantly within an hour. Make sure you don't take it on an empty stomach as it can cause nausea. And remember, it's only for temporary relief till you see a doctor.

Phenazopyridine typically begins alleviating dysuria within an hour of oral administration. However, because it only acts as a local anesthetic on the urinary tract mucosa, a doctor's consultation for antimicrobial therapy remains essential.
