How long does it take a heart attack to happen?

My uncle had a sudden heart attack last week, and it was very scary. It just made me think, is there a timeline for these things? Like, from the first symptoms, how quickly can a heart attack happen?

I often feel a slight squeeze in my chest and immediately start worrying if it's the start of something serious. Does a heart attack actually happen in seconds, or do the symptoms build up slowly over hours? It is so scary to think about.

While blockages build up over many years, a heart attack itself can happen suddenly or develop over several hours. If there is any sudden chest pain, sweating, or left arm discomfort, please don't try any home remedies. Go straight to an emergency room.

I have seen in my life that while some suffer a heart attack suddenly, others have warning signs like breathlessness for days before. If you feel unusual pressure in your chest, do not wait even for a minute. Get medical help immediately.

A heart attack can happen within minutes when a clot blocks the artery, though the damage happens over hours. Since I have high BP, I keep my checkups regular and monitor my pressure. Any chest heaviness means a direct trip to the doctor.

I used to panic and think every sharp chest pinch was a heart attack, but it was just severe gastric pressure. However, a real heart attack can develop over minutes or hours. If the pain is crushing or radiates, never ignore it.

Listen to me, a heart attack is an emergency that can happen very rapidly, sometimes with symptoms building up over a few hours. If you or anyone around you has chest pain, sweating, or difficulty breathing, please go to the nearest hospital immediately.

The physical event of an attack can take minutes, though the stress and lifestyle imbalances accumulate over decades. Keeping the heart healthy through calm breathing is good, but emergencies require modern hospital care without delay.
