Normal gas pain usually clears up in 1 to 2 hours, and chewing some carom seeds (ajwain) with warm water helps a lot. However, if the pain is severe, constant, or spreads to your back, please consult a doctor immediately. It is important to rule out other medical issues.

In my seventy years, I have seen that simple bloating pain usually passes within an hour or two once you walk around a bit. As we grow older, our digestion slows down, so these small pains happen more often. Don't worry too much, just keep your meals light and simple.

At my age, one heavy plate of chole bhature means suffering from gas pain for a solid 3 to 4 hours. It usually goes away once the stomach finally decides to do its job, but those hours are full of deep regrets. Walking slowly in the colony park is my only savior.

Haan, typical gas ka pain stands for barely a few hours, na. Usually, once you pass gas or burp, it just disappears instantly. But if it is sticking around for a whole day and hurting like crazy, then go see a doc, don't just keep drinking hing water.

While simple gas pain should settle in a couple of hours, don't blindly trust home remedies you read online. If you are getting severe pain frequently, please go verify it with a qualified doctor. Sometimes what people think is just 'gas' could be gallstones or heart issues.

For me, gas discomfort can last up to 2 hours and sometimes makes me anxious, which isn't good for my high blood pressure. I find that keeping a check on my daily lifestyle, eating on time, and doing regular medical checkups helps keep these stomach issues from escalating.

I occasionally get very sharp, sudden pains in my chest that my mother says is just gas, and it usually goes away in an hour. Does gas pain really travel up to the chest area like that? I was quite nervous about it.

A standard gas cramp should resolve in 30 to 60 minutes if you move around. I usually find that doing some light mobility stretches or a quick brisk walk helps release the trapped air much faster than just lying down on the couch.
