How long does breast pain last before period?

Every month before my period, my breasts get really sore and tender. It's quite uncomfortable. I was wondering how many days before my period does this breast pain typically start and how long does it usually last?

Oh, that lovely 'my boobs are trying to escape my body' feeling! Haha! It usually starts like a week or so before my period, and then suddenly poof, period starts and the pain vanishes. It's like a built-in alarm clock, but a really annoying one. Totally normal though!

I get really worried when my breasts start to ache before my period. It usually lasts for about 5-7 days for me. Does anyone else feel this much tenderness? Sometimes I even check for lumps because I get so paranoid, even though my doctor says it's normal hormonal changes.

Beta, this breast pain before period is very common, it's called 'mahine ka dard'. It usually starts a few days before and eases once the period begins. My mother used to say warm milk with a pinch of haldi helps. Gentle massage or a warm bath can also give some comfort. It's natural for many women.

Honestly, breast tenderness before periods is super common! For me, it starts about 7-10 days before and disappears the day my period actually starts. What helps me a lot is wearing a comfy, supportive bra, reducing caffeine, and taking primrose oil supplements (after consulting my doc). Warm compress also brings some relief.

Totally normal to have breast pain before your period! ✨ For most, it starts a few days to a week before and stops once the period actually begins. So, maybe 5-7 days? A comfortable bra and avoiding too much caffeine might help! 😊

This kind of breast pain, called cyclical mastalgia, usually begins in the week leading up to your period and typically subsides once your period starts. So, maybe 5-7 days. Some natural remedies like a warm compress or evening primrose oil might help, but for persistent or severe pain, it's always wise to consult a doctor to rule out anything serious.

Betiyan, this pain is very normal before the period comes. For many women, it starts about 5-7 days before and then stops once the blood comes. It is because of the body's hormones. You can put a warm cloth, or just wear a soft bra. Don't worry too much, it is just how nature works.

Breast pain before period? Ugh, it lasts exactly as long as I want to scream at everyone and then some! 😂 Seriously, about a week before, it starts, then period hits, and finally some relief. It's like my body reminding me what's coming, just in case I forgot amidst my sleep deprivation.

Listen, sister, this is very common for many women. It's usually from 5 to 10 days before your period, and then it goes away once the period starts. It's hormonal. If the pain is too much or different than usual, then talk to a doctor. Otherwise, don't worry too much.

Oh, I remember this feeling very well! For many years, my breasts would feel heavy and tender for about 5-6 days before my period. It was quite predictable. Once the period started, it would go away like magic. It's a very common part of the menstrual cycle, dear, nothing to be too concerned about unless it feels unusual.
