How long does ambien make you sleep?

My doctor prescribed Ambien for my insomnia, which has been quite bad lately. I took it last night, but I still felt a bit groggy in the morning. I'm wondering how long its effects typically last, as I have to drive to work.

Dekho boss, Ambien straightaway puts you to sleep for a good 7 to 8 hours. Don't play around with this medicine or take it without a proper doctor's prescription, otherwise, you will become dependent on it.

It generally gives about 7 to 8 hours of deep sleep. Since I manage PCOS and am very careful with hormonal and neurological medications, I strongly suggest using it only under strict medical supervision and not as a regular fix.

It usually ensures about 7 to 8 hours of sleep. I have heard that taking it on a very full or heavy stomach can delay its effect, so keep your dinner light and simple if you have been prescribed this.

I know how exhausting insomnia is, but Ambien did make me sleep for about 7 hours. Honestly, I struggled with mood swings and dependency after using it for a few weeks, so please be very gentle with yourself and follow the doctor's exact timeline.

It actually knocks you out for a solid 7 or 8 hours, yaar. Make sure you are already in bed when you take it because it works super fast, like within 15-20 minutes.

Ah, the sweet 7 to 8 hours of sleep we all crave! Ambien definitely does the job, but the next morning you might feel like a zombie for an hour. Use it only when your doctor says so, don't make it a habit.
