How long does 6 month sleep regression last?

My daughter just turned 6 months and her sleep has completely changed, waking up every hour! My mother-in-law said it's probably a sleep regression. I'm wondering, how long does this 6-month regression usually last?

Oh, the 6-month sleep regression! That sounds incredibly hard. I always overthink every little thing, so I can only imagine the anxiety of endless sleepless nights. Typically, I've heard it lasts for a few weeks, maybe 2 to 6 weeks, as your baby is hitting big developmental milestones. But remember, every baby is different. If it's too much, please talk to your pediatrician for guidance.

The 6-month sleep regression can be very tiring, for both baby and parents. It usually lasts for a few weeks, often 2 to 6 weeks, as your little one hits new milestones like sitting up. My grandmother always said a calm environment helps, but for proper advice, especially if it's prolonged, trust your pediatrician completely. They are the experts, child.

Oh, the 6-month sleep regression! I totally get how draining and frustrating that can be. It usually lasts for a few weeks, typically between 2 to 6 weeks, as your baby's brain is just so busy developing and learning new things. Just remember you're not alone in this tough phase, and it will eventually pass. Hang in there!

The 6-month sleep regression typically lasts a few weeks, usually 2 to 6 weeks. It's a common developmental phase. The key is to stay consistent with your routine and be patient. It's challenging, but it will pass. Don't expect a quick fix.

Ho na, 6-month sleep regression, it's very common. My bhabhi's baby also went through it. Usually, it's for a few weeks, like 2 to 6 weeks, while they are growing so fast. Thoda patience rakhna padta hai, haan na. It gets better slowly.

My son had the 6-month sleep regression, and it was rough! For us, it lasted about 3-4 weeks. They're usually learning to crawl or sit around then, so their brains are very active. The most practical thing is to stick to a consistent bedtime routine and accept that this phase will pass. Don't beat yourself up, it's not your fault.
