How long does 4 month sleep regression last?

My little one is 4 months old, and her sleep schedule has just gone haywire, naps are short, and nighttime awakenings are frequent. I think it's the 4-month sleep regression. How long does this usually go on for?

My dear, the 4-month sleep regression is a common phase, often lasting for 2 to 6 weeks. It's a sign of your little one's growth and development. Stay patient, nurture your baby, and take care of your own rest when you can. Remember to breathe and stay positive; this too shall pass.

The 4-month sleep regression is a tricky period, child. It generally lasts for a few weeks, usually around 2 to 6 weeks. My mother always said consistency with babies is key. But for something like sleep, always trust the pediatrician's advice more than old wives' tales. They can give proper guidance.

The 4-month sleep regression typically lasts a few weeks, maybe 2 to 6 weeks. It's a tough phase, and sleep deprivation can be a real problem. Practically, make sure you don't spend money on unnecessary 'sleep solutions' online. Stick to pediatrician-approved methods. A good routine is free and effective.

The 4-month sleep regression? Haan, it's a known thing. Usually, it's for 2 to 6 weeks, tops. It feels longer because you're tired, but it does end. Just stick to a routine as much as possible, be consistent, and don't expect miracles overnight. It's a phase of baby's growth.

It's completely normal to feel worried and exhausted during a sleep regression. The 4-month one is notorious! From what I know, it typically lasts a few weeks, usually 2 to 6 weeks, as babies hit big developmental milestones. Just remember you're not alone in feeling overwhelmed, and it's a temporary phase. Be kind to yourself.
