How long does 3 month sleep regression last?

My baby, just 3 months old, has suddenly started waking up so much at night after sleeping well earlier. My sister-in-law said it might be the 3-month sleep regression. How long does this phase typically last? I'm so exhausted!

I don't have kids yet, but I've heard about these sleep regressions! From what I've read, the 3-month one usually lasts a few weeks, maybe 2 to 6 weeks. It sounds really tough for parents. It's crazy how much little babies change, right?

My cousin's baby just went through the 3-month sleep regression. He said it was like 3-4 weeks of pure chaos, then it slowly got better. Apparently, it's because they're developing so much at that age. So yeah, it's a phase, but a super tiring one!

The 3-month sleep regression is usually a temporary phase, lasting a few weeks, maybe 2 to 6 weeks. While I always suggest a calm environment and gentle rocking, if your baby seems unusually distressed or it goes on for too long, always see a pediatrician. For babies, any prolonged change should be checked by a doctor, not just home tips.

Ah, the 3-month sleep regression! Sounds like Mother Nature's way of reminding you who's really in charge, even if it feels like a tiny dictator. Usually, it's a short but intense phase, lasting about 2-6 weeks. Just when you thought you had sleep figured out, boom! Hang in there, you'll get through it, probably with extra coffee.

Listen, the 3-month sleep regression? It's a phase, simple. Usually lasts for a couple of weeks, maybe up to 6. Don't overthink it, just power through, that's what we all do. It gets better. Focus on setting a routine, even a broken one.

The 3-month sleep regression typically lasts a few weeks, generally 2-6 weeks. It's a developmental phase, so your baby is growing. For parents, getting some form of activity, even a short walk, can help with the stress and energy levels during this time. Remember, a healthy parent makes for a happier baby!
