Haha, I swear, vomiting feels like an extreme sport sometimes, especially for your abs! 😂 Your ribs probably hurt because you've strained all those muscles around them while retching. It's like an involuntary workout. It should feel better in a day or two, just rest up and avoid laughing too hard!

Oh, that's quite common after a bad bout of vomiting. The forceful contractions can really strain the muscles between your ribs and your abdominal muscles. It's usually like a muscle ache and should subside in a day or two with rest and gentle care. If the pain is very sharp, or continues for long, please see a doctor.

Ugh, vomiting is the worst! 🤢 Your rib cage and abs probably feel like you did a million crunches! It's just muscle strain from all that pushing. Give it a day or two, rest, and maybe a warm compress will help. If it's really bad or doesn't get better, then definitely see a doc! 😊

It sounds like you've had a tough time. The muscles in your chest and abdomen can get very strained from vomiting. It's normal to feel sore for a day or two. Just take it easy. If it worries you, a quick check-up can give peace of mind.

Oh, dude, that sucks! Don't stress too much, it's super normal. When you vomit hard, your stomach and chest muscles get a crazy workout. It's just muscle soreness, like after a tough gym session. Usually, it'll be gone in a day or two. Just rest and maybe put something warm on it if it helps!

After intense vomiting, it is natural for the muscles around your ribs to feel sore, like after a strenuous exercise. My grandmother would suggest a warm compress to relax the muscles. It should usually get better within 24-48 hours. If the pain is severe or doesn't improve, please consult a doctor for proper diagnosis.
